The Box Office is generally open two hours prior to performances for “Will Call” ticket pickup. Please check your tickets to confirm the time doors open. Tickets (paper or digital) must be presented to enter a ticketed event.

Handling fees apply to all tickets purchased online. Ticket prices and handling fees are subject to HST.

We do not issue refunds on tickets purchased, unless a performance is cancelled. Please check your tickets carefully at the time of purchase to ensure they are for the correct performance date and time. Any refunds will be issued by our third-party ticketing outlet.
