The first of a two night dynamic networking opportunity tailored for fashion industry creatives. This event, a part of the TD LinkUp Creative Networking Series, will provide a platform for collaboration, innovation and inspiration.
Models are the shining faces of the fashion industry, bringing visions to life for every professional and affiliate. They are the true superstars of the industry, and without them, nothing moves forward. Yet, they often face challenges such as harassment, lack of payment, disrespect, and devaluation.
We aim to have open conversations and take urgent steps to address these issues. Join us on August 14th at the Lighthouse Arts Centre for a gathering with industry models and aspiring models. We want to listen, share, and support you on your journey. This event is all about models, and we can't wait to dive in and make a positive impact together.

Hospice Thrift will host the Halifax Fashion Week Morning Runway Show. This showcase will emphasize the importance of upcycling and environmental consciousness among consumers. It will feature a collection of talented artists who will give a fresh take on once-loved items, highlighting the creative potential of sustainable fashion.
